Ecorise Properties
A single-window land procurement business, built as one descent from satellite altitude down to the 7/12 extract.
Land is sold on trust, so the site leads with the paperwork — acres, agents, title searches — and lets a WebGL terrain carry the romance.

How it was built
Trust before beauty
Land buyers in Maharashtra are guarding against title fraud, not shopping for aesthetics. So acres acquired, ground agents and locations sit on the fold, above the photography.
One continuous descent
A Three.js terrain behind the navy hero reads as a drone descending — from satellite altitude to a specific parcel — which is exactly the journey the business performs for a client.
WhatsApp is the CTA
This buyer does not chase an email reply. A WhatsApp bubble follows the entire page and the enquiry form routes there too, because the lead has to land where the ground team already works.
Qualify the lead in the form
The enquiry form asks which land use the buyer is after — solar, wind, industrial or agro — so a lead arrives pre-sorted for the sector desk instead of as an undifferentiated name and number.
Built to stay cheap
Static Vite build, no CMS to license, no server to run. The canvas pauses off-screen and imagery ships as WebP, so it stays fast on a mid-range Android on 4G.
What moves
- —Canvas drone descent behind the navy hero, paused while off-screen
- —Acre, agent and location counters ease up from zero as the stat bar enters
- —Sector marquee loops the four procurement sectors under the fold
- —Title verification opens as a four-step accordion instead of a wall of text
- —Floating WhatsApp bubble follows the whole page — the enquiry form routes there too
